• Allow 4-8 weeks for delivery within USA and Canada for upcoming journal issue and items which may not be in stock. International shipments may take 2 to 3 months for delivery. Other shipping rates are available upon request.

• Payment is required in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. bank or by international money order.
• Surface mail is not available for orders outside the U.S., except for those weighing over 4 lbs. (1.81 kg.) deliverable by M-Bag. This method is available for 4 or more journals, and other bulk orders. Inquires welcome.
